Shares of Hazur Multi Projects Limited, a microcap company working in the field of infrastructure and real estate, have been on the rise for the last several days. In the latest exchange filing, the company informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on Thursday, February 1, 2024. In this meeting, they decided to issue and sell 3.5 million equity shares to specific individuals who are not part of the management of the company (non-promoter, public category). The face value of each of these shares is Rs 10.
The issue price, which is the total cost per share, is set at Rs 178. This price includes a premium of Rs 168 per share. The total amount received from selling these shares is Rs 62,30,00,000 (Sixty-two crore thirty lakh), and this money will be used for the operations of the company.
Company attracts FIIs’ investment
Out of these 35 lakh shares, 18 lakh shares have been bought by FIIs and FPIs. Mauritius-based FII Vespera Fund has bought 5.50 lakh shares, while London-based FII Aries Opportunities Fund and another FII Elara India Opportunities Fund have bought 5 lakh shares each. Apart from this, Kiftar IN LLC has also purchased 2.50 lakh shares of the company in the FPI category.
