According to the disclosure, a total of 300,000 equity shares representing 0.17% of the paid-up equity share capital of JTL Industries Limited were acquired from the open market by the promotor Mr. Pranab Singla.
Axis Securities Recommends for Buy
According to a report released by Axis Securities on January 15, JTL Industries announced in December 2023 that the company will raise Rs 1,310 crore to expand capacity to 2 MTPA by the end of FY27. This fundraising plan includes Rs 540 crore from promoters, Rs 270 crore from non-promoters, and Rs 500 crore through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). This fundraising will accelerate the company’s growth. The company’s capacity is expected to reach 2 MTPA by the end of FY2027, with full utilization (maximum 65% industry standard) by FY28.
The expert has given buy advice on shares of JTL Industries and set the target price at Rs 300. According to analysts, if investors invest in JTL Industries shares now, they can get a potential return of more than 50%.
