Despite the increase in quantity, the total contract value of these wagons remains unchanged at Rs. 1,249 crore, with the same terms and conditions, and the delivery deadline for this additional order is August 31, 2024.
Recently, the company has also received a separate order value of Rs 12,79 crores. The order was from ‘Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, a subsidiary of Indian Railways’ and involves the manufacture and supply of 208 sets of ‘Seats and Berths’ for LWACCN coaches, which is planned to be completed by December 24, 2024.
Apart from this, the company has recently raised Rs 212 crore through preferential allotment, in which 75 million warrants were issued to promoters and 50.56 million warrants to non-promoters.
